Bill Crawford enters Scottsdale City Council race

Scottsdale business owner and downtown advocate Bill Crawford has entered the race for Scottsdale City Council.

Crawford and his wife, Debbie, own Basic Training MedX in downtown Scottsdale.

Crawford has been very active in issues impacting Old Town and downtown Scottsdale.

He has officially filed paperwork with the city of Scottsdale for the council run. Crawford has also launched a new campaign website: crawfordforscottsdale.com.

Crawford has been involved with several downtown Scottsdale groups and enters a council race where development and density in Old Town Scottsdale is a top issue.

There are three council seats available with Councilwomen Virginia Korte and Suzanne Klapp running for Scottsdale Mayor. City Councilman Guy Phillips is running for reelection. Scottsdale Mayor Jim Lane is term limited.
