The Phoenix City Council’s consideration for a mixed-used development at the Phoenix Country Club have been moved to May.

The Phoenix Council was scheduled to consider earlier this month a PUD (Planned United Development) plan for a 2.92-acre site at the Country Club property at Thomas and Seventh Streets.

That consideration has now been moved to May 6th. The Country Club land is currently classified as a Multifamily Residence District. Developer AGS LLC want to develop the central Phoenix parcel with multifamily and commercial components. You can see the plans here.
