Today, Rose Law Group hosted the fifth episode of the only virtual power lunch in Arizona – The New Economy (Virtual) Power Lunch! RLG Founder and President Jordan Rose and RLG Co-Founder and Partner Court Rich asked this week’s panel of industry leaders to share the latest on COVID-19 and its impact on small business and real estate. Jeffrey Nielsen, leads land acquisitions for Toll Brothers Inc. and talked about entitlements, development, market research, asset management, forecasting, real estate and home building. William “Bill” Nassikas, President and COO of Westroc Hotels and Resorts including the Sanctuary on Camelback, Hotel Valley Ho and Mountain Shadows gave us the update on hotels! Bill is not only a top luxury developer and a talented businessman, he’s also a very funny guy. The CEO of the global entrepreneur group, Gen Next, Inc., social entrepreneur, Michael P. Davidson, gave us some unique perspective as he focuses on global security, education and economic opportunity. Gen Next is a nationwide network—with a chapter in Phoenix—made up of a community of leaders who are dedicated to learning about, and solving, some of the most pressing challenges of the future. Adding to this great line up is an award-winning doctor on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic – Dr. Sonal Haerter, an internal medicine physician at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Haerter also teaches for the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine – Midwestern Medical Students. She’s won the Phoenix Magazine Top Doctor award six times. Rose Law Group attorney Dan Gauthier also joined us to discuss SBA programs.
