Speculative flex space proposed in Chandler

Calgary based Hopewell Development and Sun State Builders are proposing a new speculative 143,860-square-foot flex development in Chandler.

The Hopewell Chandler Airport Center is located on 9.62 acres at Germann Road and Northrop Boulevard near the Chandler Municipal Airport.

The two proposed buildings are 68,771 square feet and 74,909 square feet, respectively. They will include industrial space as well as office and showroom space.

The East Valley land is within the 111-acre Chandler Airport Center area.
