Pro golfer sells Scottsdale estate

Professional golfer Billy Mayfair sold his house in Scottsdale for $2.33 million. The over 7,000-square-foot house has seven bathrooms and a backyard primed for entertaining. 

Other buyers and sellers of this week’s priciest homes in metro Phoenix included a former Harley-Davidson executive and a custom home builder.

$4,988,000

Zheng Family LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, purchased a 7,615-square foot mansion with a private well in Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain Estates community.
