Chandler approves new apartments

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Chandler City Council has approved development plans and a zoning request to bring a new 420-unit apartment complex to a 17.96 acre-parcel near Frye and Dobson Roads.

The Town Frye Apartments are being developed by Related (RD Delta Frye LLC). The complex will have 16 buildings and 823 parking spaces, according to city documents.

The East Valley area could also still see mixed-use commercial development, according to city documents.

The Chandler council approved the multifamily plans unanimously.
