Affordable apartments coming to Phoenix for seniors, disabled adults

PHOENIX — Construction of affordable apartments in Phoenix for seniors and young adults with developmental disabilities is scheduled for completion next year. 

Spectrum Courtyard Apartments — located at 21st and Missouri avenues — will provide 25 new units by early 2021, according to a press release. 

The completed apartments will be the result of a partnership between two Phoenix-based nonprofits: Foundation for Senior Living and First Place Transition Academy
