IO Data Centers spends $72 million for property it occupies in Phoenix

IO Data CentersPhoenix – IO Phoenix One LLC, a company formed by IO Data Centers in Phoenix (George Slessman, CEO), paid $72 million ($133.83 per foot) to acquire a 538,000-square-foot data center building located along the south side of the 202 Loop (Red Mountain Freeway) at 615 N. 48th Street in Phoenix. The seller was 615 North 48th Street HoldCo LLC, a company formed by CBRE Global Investors LLC in Los Angeles, Calif. The sale was negotiated by Mark Krison and Scott German of CBRE in Phoenix. IO Data Centers, a provider of data center technology in facilities located across the country, has occupied the Phoenix property since June 2009.
