Rose Law Group client, Mark Becker, wants people to know he is filling a need in an “area underserved.” Although he realizes there is opposition to the placement of his billboards at 83rd Avenue and Bell Road, he believes he has proven that what he plans to do is not offensive.
Becker’s company had originally proposed two digital billboards on the west side of Loop 101 north of Bell Road. After meeting with city officials and members of the public, the decision was made to only go with static signs.
In a letter, Becker wrote, “I know some still have concerns, as others support.”
He has gathered signatures from 100 business owners in the area on a petition supporting the billboards.
