Lincoln Property announces second industrial park project, both projected to lure 5,000 jobs to West Valley

Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. is planning two large-scale build-to-suit industrial parks in the West Valley that are slated to lure approximately 5,000 jobs to the submarket upon completion, according to a company statement today. The first project, announced earlier this month, is a 267-acre business park dubbed Goodyear Airpark in which Lincoln Property is partnering with Phoenix-based Carefree Partners. The land is located just south of the southwest corner of Litchfield Road and Highway 85, directly south of Goodyear Airport. At build-out, Goodyear Airpark will be comprised of about 4.5 million square feet and accommodate 4,000 employees for multiple tenants.
