More subdivisions open up in Gilbert

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey to the Gilbert area, there were 9 new subdivisions open since its last survey. The majority of subdivisions opening are in the Bridges at Gilbert. Below is a list of each builder and the locations of the newest subdivisions.
