Former University of Phoenix campus sells for $12.1 million

The former ground campus of University of Phoenix has been sold by the lender to a Phoenix-based firm for $12.1 million. That’s a steal compared to the last time the campus changed hands in 2006 at the height of the boom for $50.2 million. The Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona first reported the news and Cassidy Turley, who represented the buyer, released a statement today.
