During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to its Northeast Phoenix submarket, Homes by Towne had started pre-sales out of its Bella Monte at Desert Ridge location for Villagio at Dove Valley Ranch. The subdivision is located near Carefree Highway and Black Mountain Parkway.  This was a community Homes by Towne shutdown during the downturn and will now sell the remaining 80 units.  Floor plans range in size from 1,315 to 1,807 square feet and current pricing ranges from $250,000 – $380,000.

Pre-sales began two weeks ago and one sale was reported since opening. Sales will continue from the Bella Monte location until the models are complete. Models are scheduled to be finished in April.
