As a 15-year platinum-level Delta Air Lines frequent flyer and an airline brat (Mom and Dad worked for PanAm), I was particularly interested in the recent dustup between a frequent-flying rabbi and Delta — a case that unbelievably went all the way to the Supreme Court on Tuesday. (As if the justices don’t have better things to do!)

You can read about the details of the case here, but it boils down to whether Northwest Airlines (which later merged with Delta) was right in revoking platinum status to a customer who made excessive demands.
