Fulton Homes closes on Cooley Station preliminary platted lots in Gilbert

Fulton Homes closed on an approximate 79.32 acre site which has received preliminary plat approval for a 397 lot single family detached subdivision at Cooley Station. The site is located at the southwest corner of Recker and Galveston Roads in Gilbert.

According to Gilbert Planning & Zoning Commission plat submittals, the site is planned for 190 – 52’x100’ traditional lots & 207 – 40’x94’ garden lots (click here to view the P&Z Commission packet). Lot coverage calls for 65% single story homes and 55% 2 and 3 story homes. The preliminary plat was approved by the Commission at its October 2, 2013 meeting.  According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Fulton closed on the preliminary platted lots on January 7, 2014 for $13,507,647 ($34,024 per lot / $744 per weighted average front foot / $170,293 per acre).
