VIP Homes opens newest community in Northeast Mesa, LaJara Estates

LaJara EstatesDuring Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s recent survey in Northeast Mesa, VIP Homes had opened for sales in its LaJara Estates subdivision. Originally platted for 14 –  170’ x 180’ lots, VIP re-platted the lots into 28 – 75’ x 155’.  It received final plat for these lots on August 19, 2013. LaJara Estates offers six floor plans ranging in size from 2,930 – 3,288 sf and priced from $412,997 – $430,900.  Basements are also offered as an option for all six floor plans. After receiving its Public Report on January 15, 2014, one sale was reported. The lots are nearing completion and are located north of Brown Road and east of Crismon Road. Sales are currently offsite at VIP’s Whisper Mountain Community.
