Housing subdivision planned at Brown and Higley in east Mesa

A housing subdivision is planned for the northwest corner of Brown Road and Higley Road (photo) and will be discussed at the March 25-26 study sessions and meeting of the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board. It is on 76 acres in the 5000 to 5200 blocks of East Brown Road.

The board will also discuss a minor General Plan amendment to adjust the boundaries of the existing Mesa 2025 General Plan to allow the development of a single-residential subdivision in the 5000 to 5200 blocks of East Brown Road.
