KCI buys Scottsdale parcel for $3 million

Screen Shot 2014-03-20 at 2.13.43 PMA 9-acre parcel at 136th St. and Via Linda in Scottsdale has been purchased by KCI Acquisitions for just over $3 million. The site is a 9.1gross/7.9 net-acre infill priced at $331K/gross acre. The seller was Wait Investments of Arizona, LLP.

The property will be held as an investment.
