Why the Phoenix skyline is growing emptier

The Phoenix skyline — the nearly two dozen office towers in the city’s downtown and midtown submarkets — saw more empty space last year than in 2012 as those buildings lost more tenants than they gained, according to a new report by JLL’s Phoenix office.
