Tucson’s ex-MDA headquarters building sells for $9.1 million

The Muscular Dystrophy Association has sold its former national headquarters building in Tucson for $9.1 million.

Larsen Baker LLC finalized the purchase of the 82,842-square-foot building, 3300 E. Sunrise Drive, Friday.

Andy Seleznov, director of leasing for Larsen Baker, said MDA will lease a portion of the building and he anticipates getting an additional four tenants.

“There’s just no building like it in Tucson,” he said. “The location, the finishes, the interior. There’s nothing close to this level of luxury in Tucson.”
