Rosewood Homes opens for pre-sales in Ahwatukee

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in Ahwatukee, Rosewood Homes had started pre-selling for its community, Rosewood Village at the Foothills. According to public record, Rosewood closed on these 59 pre-plat lots on June 28, 2013 for $1,700,000 ($28,814 per pre-plat Lot). (Click here to view affidavit) Final plat was approved on August 28, 2013 at the Phoenix City Council meeting. Rosewood is building a Courtyard product that ranges in size from 1,700 – 2,371 square feet and base price from $279,990 – $324,990. The site is nearing completion, with a “Grand Opening” scheduled for May/June. As of March 31, 2014, two sales had been reported since opening.
