Major General Plan change sought at Greasewood Flat

A major General Plan amendment has been filed with the city of Scottsdale by Taylor Morrison Homes, which seeks to take a 48.8-acre property where Greasewood Flat still stands to make way for a master-planned housing subdivision.

The major General Plan amendment looking to redevelop 42 acres of the total 48.8 acre site was filed May 23, the deadline for this year’s major General Plan amendments to be pursued.

The 48.8 acre site is on the southeast corner of Pinnacle Vista Drive and Alma School Parkway.
