Family Development seeing success in North Scottsdale

logo_pinnacleDuring Belfiore’s most recent survey in North Scottsdale, Family Development’s Pinnacle Pointe had sold 15 units since Belfiore’s previous survey.  Located near Alma School Parkway and Jomax Road, Family Development is offering four floor plans that range in size from  1,973 – 2,576 sf. No base pricing is available currently, as the builder is only offering its speculative units currently.  In June and July, Family Development closed 6 of these units, with an average price of $581,004 and 2,393 square feet.  According to public record, Family Development is purchasing these lots on a lot option from IOTA Reata Pass, LLC, with the most recent takedown being 12 lots for a total of  $1,147,056 ( $95,588 / lot.)
