Discount Tire purchased a 1-acre site at Yuma Palms in Yuma Arizona. The new store will be located at the southeast corner of Castle Dome Avenue and Yuma Palms Parkway. Bruce Milton of De Rito Partners represented the buyer in the transaction.

Vapor shop adds Queen Creek location

Red Star Vapor signed a lease to open a location in Queen Creek, at the northeast corner of Ellsworth Road and Ocotillo Road. De Rito Partners’ agent Brian Bridgman represented the tenant in completing the deal for 1,400 square feet.

DC Ranch Crossing adds a new tenant and resigns another

Heidi Boutique finalized a deal to relocate to DC Ranch Crossing in North Scottsdale, while Lali & Ben’s Shoe Repair renewed their lease. The center is at the southeast corner of Pima Road and Union Hills Drive. John Palmieri and Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deals for a 1,200-square-foot space and a 588-square-foot space, respectively.

 

Former Fresh & Easy pad sells in West Valley

A 2.26-acre former Fresh & Easy pad sold in Surprise, at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Greenway Road. RPK Real Estate, Inc. purchased the pad in plans of constructing a retail building on the site. Paul Serafin and Bruce Milton of De Rito Partners represented the buyer in the transaction.

 

Freestanding building sells along N. Scottsdale Rd

Moondance, LLC purchased a 2,400-square-foot, freestanding building along Scottsdale Road at Hancock Avenue in Tempe. Bill Bones of De Rito Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

 

Wickenburg Hospital purchases additional land

Wickenburg Community Hospital is planning an expansion with the recent purchase of 1.64 acres directly north of the existing facility on Brallier Road in Wickenburg. Michael McWilliams of De Rito Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

 

Accounting firm expands into new facilities in Carefree

Gustafson & Associates Accounting signed a lease to open new facilities at Mariachi Plaza, located at the southwest corner of Tom Darlington Drive and Cave Creek Road in Carefree. Dale Harsh of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in leasing the 1,151-square-foot space.

 

De Rito Opportunity Fund purchases former bank branch

De Rito Opportunity Fund completed the purchase of a 4,722-square-foot former BMO Bank building in Tucson. Paul Serafin represented De Rito Opportunity Fund in the purchase of the retail building located just north of the northeast corner of Cortaro Road and Silverbell Road.

 

 

 

Applebee’s adds new Valley location

Applebee’s signed a lease to open in the former Black Eyed Pea restaurant at Desert Sky Festival, located at 75th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix. Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in finishing the deal for the 5,419-square-foot restaurant.

 

Tide Dry Cleaners adds location in Scottsdale

Agile Pursuits, a subsidiary of Proctor & Gamble, signed a deal to add a Tide Dry Cleaner location at the northeast corner of 70th Street and Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in completing the deal for a 2,800-square-foot space.

 

Physical therapy office leases N. Scottsdale space

Back in Action of Scottsdale finalized a deal to open a physical therapy office at the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Bell Road in Scottsdale. Jeff Wallack of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the lease of a 2,000-square-foot space.

 

Gigi’s Playhouse opens first Arizona center

Gigi’s Playhouse, a Down syndrome achievement center, completed a lease to open their first center in Arizona, located at the northwest corner of 92nd Street and Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. Mike Kumelski of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in carrying out the deal for a 1,939-square-foot space.
