$5M+ Deal – Potential 2.5k-acre deal in west Valley

Below are the deals closed Friday, January 9, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$10M sale of 2,428 acres of raw land in the far west valley (around 539th Ave and Van Buren St.) by Allegheny Energy Supply Company, LLC. With no info on the buyer and an entity name of a company that was purchased by FirstEnergy in 2011, this may not be an arm’s length deal.

$5M sale of a 31,078 SF retail center on Anthem Way just east of I-17 (3668 W. Anthem Way) in Phoenix by Anthem Arizona LLC, an entity formed by Pulte/Del Webb. The center, which sits on 5.3 acres was built in 2004.
