Bridges at Gilbert nets 92 sales in the last two months

During Belfiore’s most recent survey in its Gilbert submarket, the master planned community  had sold 92 homes since November 10, 2014.  During the previous survey period from September to November 2014, the Bridges at Gilbert only sold 50 homes combined.

There are 17 active subdivisions within this community, and 10 builders are offering floorplans ranging in size from 1,482 to 5,674 square-feet.

The top seller during the most recent survey was Brookside at the Bridges, an  Ashton Woods subdivision.  Ashton Woods sold 15 homes in the last 2 months, while Pulte’s community came in at number two, with 10 sales at Majesty at the Bridges.
