Gov. Doug Ducey’s office has announced that former Arizona. State Rep. and congressional candidate Andy Tobin has been appointed the director of the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures.
Ducey said in a news release that Tobin, “brings a high degree of leadership and wealth of knowledge about Arizona public police and its relationship with our small businesses.”
Tobin lost a race for congress last fall to Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick.
