Popular former Fox creation to open in Phoenix’s central corridor

A loca51 W.  Camelbackl Italian eatery will soon find a new location near Central Avenue and Camelback Road.

A new Sauce restaurant will become a tenant in the building after a recently completed lease agreement with Fox Restaurant Concepts and their new buyer, an entity led by local restaurateur Scott Kilpatrick, who is one of the founders of RA Sushi.

Capital Development Southwest, Inc. and Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. bought the 9,555-square-foot retail property at 51 E. Camelback Road.

Jay Gold is the president of Capital Development Southwest, Inc.

New York-based Gramercy Capital Corp., sold the property, which is also home to a Bank of America location.
