Planned Parenthood of Arizona has sold its Seventh Street headquarters building, and the Phoenix property will be redeveloped into an infill restaurant project.

A real estate arm of Western Vertical Holdings has bought the Planned Parenthood headquarters at Seventh and Montebello Avenue in central Phoenix, according to Maricopa County records.

Western Vertical plans on razing the 1960s-era building and a Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana restaurant is slated to be located there.
