$5M+ Deal – Apartment complex in Phoenix

Below is the deal that closed Monday, April, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$5.8 million sale of the Santerra Apartments east of N. 34th Street on E. McDowell Road (3434 E. McDowell Road) in Phoenix by Santerra Apartments LLC.

The buyer was La Casa at McDowell LLC, which made a $1.9 million down payment for the property.

The 94,045 square-foot apartments were built on 40,554 square-feet of land in 1985.

They offer close proximity to Loop 202, State Route 51 and Sky Harbor International Airport. Floorplans include one- and two-bedrooms, and amenities include a pool, on-site laundry and playground.
