Ever want to say you live in North America’s tallest single-family home? Well, now is your chance!
Realty Executives Northern America announced April 24 that Falcon Nest, North America’s tallest single-family home, is on sale in Prescott. At 124 feet tall, Falcon Nest reaches nine stories tall and is located on the slope of Thumb Butte.
The residence was built in 1994 and has since been featured on HGTV’s Extreme Homes. Designed by Phoenix architect Sukumar Pal, the residence holds four residential architecture world records, including one for its unconventional heating and cooling systems.
Realty Executives Northern Arizona owner Don Bonnell said his company is honored to be able to sell Falcon Nest to its next owner.
