A joint venture of Heritage Communities and Phoenix-based Telis Commercial Real Estate will break ground next month on, a $20 million assisted living and memory care community in Glendale.
The project will be developed on a 4-acre tract located on 67th Avenue, which was acquired by the joint venture in January for $2.2 million. Colliers International’s Phoenix office represented the seller, LC Coffee of Lincoln, Neb.
Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead will offer 100 units, 82 of them dedicated to assisted living and 18 to memory care. This is Heritage Communities’ second assisted living and memory care project in the Phoenix metro area, following Orchard Pointe in Surprise.
