The judge in the Chris Simcox case seemed to be losing patience with prosecutors Monday as they met to discuss the aftermath of the Arizona Court of Appeals decision to let Simcox question the girls he’s accused of abusing.

The former leader of the Minutemen is representing himself against allegations he abused two girls under the age of 10. Prosecutors say he lured one of the girls with a promise of candy.
