East Valley leaders offered their insights on the next few decades; 125 years, after all, is hard for anyone to predict.

Question: What might your community look like in the next 20 to 30 years?

Chandler in the next 20 to 30 years will offer some significantly different looks in some areas. Our downtown will include new developments that offer more options for entertainment, dining and work. Development will begin to go vertical, providing a skyline to the area. Light rail may run through downtown as well, linking the region with other parts of the Valley. The Price Road corridor and airport area will enjoy a tremendous influx of employment opportunities.
