Quick draw shootouts and cattle roping aren’t normally what comes to mind when thinking about the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a luxury resort in north Scottsdale. But renovations to its Western-themed event center, renamed Copper Canyon, will bring a piece of that pioneering past into the modern day.
The new facility, designed for events such as conferences and receptions, includes stages, dueling saloon bars, and life-size building facades, said Pam Gilbert, director of sales and marketing at the resort. You can even lock your boss up in the functional jail.
