  1. Construction began this week on en Hance Park, a 59KSF condominium project in downtown Phoenix slated for completion in June 2016. Developed by Sencorp, the complex is a dynamic urban-infill development focused on thoughtful living for the live/work lifestyle of Downtown professionals.
  2. On Sept. 4, Three Hots and a Cot will have a ground-breaking ceremony for the proposed 60-unit rental complex in Ash Fork, Arizona, which will cost $6.8 million to build. The non-profit organization will build the project, called Fort Comfort Veterans Village, to serve post 9/11 veterans, surviving spouses and Gold Star families, according to the organization’s founder, J.D. Simpson.
