Construction has started on a new development in Chandler.

A Milwaukee-based real estate developer has broken ground on the first building of what could be a 400,000-square-foot campus in the East Valley.

Irgens has started construction on an 81,712-square-foot, single-story building at Ascend at Chandler Airport Center Corporate Campus in the East Valley.
