Glendale’s ‘at-risk’ building permit wins it headquarters for struggling Redflex

Redflex Traffic Systems is relocating its North American headquarters from Phoenix to Glendale.

The company, a subsidiary of the Australia-based Redflex Holdings, is moving into about 36,000 square feet in Talavi Corporate Center near 55th Avenue and Bell Road. The move is a relocation from its current office in Deer Valley.

The move is good news for a city that has had more than hasn’t had much to cheer about during the past year. One reason for closing this deal was the city’s flexibility on accommodating a short deadline to opening in the Ryan Cos. development.
