Report shows Glendale was probably tackled short of the Super Bowl goal line

Glendale officials recently completed an analysis of the Super Bowl in 2015, which the city hosted, that showed City Hall most likely lost money on the event.

The fiscal analysis, released Oct. 8, used four scenarios to assess the total net impact to the city.

One scenario looked at direct expenses and revenue from fees, rentals and increased tax collections at the Westgate Entertainment District and concluded the city made $13,206.
