Scottsdale eyes mixed-use ‘Street of Flowers’

A developer seeks approval from the City of Scottsdale to rezone 2.6-acres of McCormick Ranch neighborhood property from Residential to Commercial to make way for the proposed Paseo de las Flores mixed-use development.

If approved, LGE Design Build would develop what it describes as, “a new, neighborhood scale, boutique retail restaurant and office project designed to reflect the neighborhood scale and charm of McCormick Ranch.”
