Glendale plans to annex land near Loop 303

Glendale is about to get a little bigger as the city council is expected to approve the annexation of the proposed Frye Business Park near Loop 303, just south of Luke Air Force Base.

The business park, 6500 N. Sarival Ave., is 55 acres of farmland designated Luke Compatible Land use on the city’s General Plan. City council is expected to approve the annexation at a future meeting.
