Arkansas woman next Central Arizona College president

After a search process that began in October when Central Arizona College President Doris Helmich announced her impending retirement, CAC’s Governing Board has decided on its next president.

In a special meeting held April 13, the board unanimously named Jacquelyn Elliott as the sole finalist for the president and CEO position. Elliott was one of four individuals interviewed between April 5 and April 7 by an 18-person search committee made up of 12 Pinal County residents and six CAC employees.
