Northern Arizona student housing community to open in 2017

American Campus Communities recently broke ground on its fourth student housing project with Northern Arizona University. The groundbreaking event was held at the International Pavilion on the NAU campus and was attended by representatives from both the University and ACC. The new 626-bed residential community called SkyView will open in fall 2017.

The upcoming student housing facility will feature 163 units with two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. The 284,982-square-foot project will also include an on-site parking garage, as well as 2,800 square feet of convenient retail space.
