The comeback continues in South Scottsdale as a developer seeks approval to replace an abandoned building with a high-end, single-family townhome complex near 70th Street and Monterey Way.

Landmark Homes, USA has submitted plans to the Development Review Board to build the project, called The Aeries Townhomes, which would consist of four three-story buildings, each with four units, with a maximum height of 35.6’. The project site, now abandoned, was most recently used by a church. The vacant building will be razed.
