Scottsdale eyes 644 luxury units in airpark area

The Development Review Board will consider a preliminary request, which – if approved – will transform more than 10 acres of office space in the Scottsdale Airpark into a luxury apartment community with a retail or commercial component.

The project, called District at the Quarter, would be located at the NEC of Greenway-Hayden Loop and 73rd Street on the site currently occupied by International Cruise & Excursions, which includes a main building structure and uncovered parking. The streets, sidewalks and utilities are already in place for the redevelopment, which will be built in two phases.
