Casa Grande council candidates talk development, impact fees

Candidates vying for two open seats on the Casa Grande City Council assembled Wednesday night to discuss how they want to see the city improve.

Councilwoman Mary Kortsen, Pinal County Juvenile Court Program Administrator Donna McBride and former Pinal County Supervisor David Snider sat side-by-side during a meeting of the Casa Grande Republican Club and tried persuading onlookers why they’re qualified to sit on the council.
