Scottsdale considers Chauncey Lane Marketplace project

Scottsdale’s Development Review Board is considering a request by developers JLB Partners and LGE Design Build to create a mixed-use complex on 12.26 acres at the SEC of Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane.

The project, known as Chauncey Lane Marketplace, will include nearly 48.5KSF of retail, service, restaurant and entertainment space in three buildings as well as approximately 300 luxury residential units in a four-story building. A five-story parking garage with rooftop amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse, pool and deck is included in the plan.
