Potential for growth based on maximum residential density

The city of Flagstaff is asking the public for help in controlling impacts from the continuing influx of high occupancy apartment complexes.

City staff held two open houses last week to provide information to and collect suggestions from the public on the subject.

High occupancy apartment complexes, such as The Hub and The Standard, are typically leased by the bedroom and are usually geared toward college students. They range between 400 and 600 bedrooms per complex.
