The city of Scottsdale’s economic development department has expanded their ScottsdaleSites.com mapping resource to include new layers of city data to help developers and business owners choose an ideal location.
The 20 new layers include demographic information, walkability, transit options, regional educational attainment and more, as well as a tool that identifies co-working spaces and startup incubators in the area.
“People searching for properties, commercial developments and business locations can take a holistic view at their site selection,” said Danielle Casey, director of economic development for the city. “We’re finding more and more that companies are making their site selection decisions based on what their employees want.”
