Cullum Homes’ 1st cottage debuts in the Village at Silverleaf

Cullum Homes’ luxury neighborhood continues to build Villas and Cottages

Scottsdale, Ariz. – When the Niedermans selected their prime lot in Cullum Homes’ Village at Silverleaf, they knew that they wanted to take advantage of the views of the Silverleaf Golf Course.  Their finished Cottage features dramatic windows that frame the spectacular views of the McDowell Mountains and the driving range from every angle of the home.

Peter and Linda Niederman chose the Village at Silverleaf because of its unique location and the elegant design.  “During the first meeting (with Rod Cullum and Don Ziebell, the team behind the Village at Silverleaf), we started to tell them how we wanted to live our lives and use this home.”  Niederman recalls a dynamic and creative process, “Don gets out a sketch pad, and says, ‘We can do this, we can do this’ and he created custom features for us.  He was getting excited about what they could do.”

The Niedermans recently sold their real estate company in Denver and they were looking for a warmer climate to enjoy part of the year.  They were introduced to the Village at Silverleaf by their broker, Mike Sweeney of Silverleaf Realty.  He explained the attraction to this neighborhood, “Buyers in the Village love the close connection of the neighborhood to both the Club and the course.  They can walk up to the spa or for coffee, and enjoy the views of the course and mountains from the comfort of their backyard.”

The Village at Silverleaf broke ground in 2016 in this exclusive enclave that sits at the edge of the Silverleaf Golf Club. There are 12 Villas and seven Club Cottages in the neighborhood. The Village at Silverleaf is the final neighborhood of single family homes in the community and has a limited number of lots remaining for sale.
